- Klemi Saban, Guillermo Israilevich, and Nivaldo will all be released by Maccabi Tel Aviv at the end of this season. None of those players are in new Technical Director’s Johan Cruyff’s plans. He is looking to bring in a better central defender, a fullback, and two central midfielders.
- Racing Genk sent their scouts to watch Maccabi Tel Aviv and Bnei Yehuda, and came away impressed with Bnei Yehuda’s defensive midfielder Hassan Abu-Zeid.
- Standard Liege have dropped their interest in Maor Melikson after Wisla Krakow’s asking price was too high, however they have shown interest in Maccabi Haifa striker Shlomi Azulay, Azulay is a talented young striker and would be a bargain for Liege if they could sign him up.
- Maor Buzaglo is returning to Israel for medical tests after Doctors in Belgium have been confounded by an infection in his knee.
